Mr. Larry S.
Carter is Co-Founder at Rocky Mountain Private Wealth Management LLC.
Prior to co-founding Rocky Mountain in 2003, Mr. Carter served in the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers.
In 1976, he co-founded Jones & Carter, Inc., Consulting Engineers, a 250 person engineering firm with offices in Houston, The Woodlands, Austin and Dallas, Texas.
He retired as an engineer in 1995 but continued at Jones Carter as an in-house money manager.
He received his bachelors and masters degrees from Texas A & M University in civil engineering.
