Laura has extensive experience in public relations and communications, most recently working as a Senior Communications Manager for private equity firm in The Netherlands where she spent over two years developing and executing the firm’s various communications strategies, including the organisation of high-level events at the United Nations in New York and the Munich Security Council gathering in Germany.
Prior to this, Laura held communications roles at various organisations in Belgium, the US, and the Caribbean, for corporate entities, governments and NGOs.
Laura is responsible for developing and executing all internal and external communications at Forbion, including media relations, stakeholder engagement, marketing and digital presence.
Laura is an accredited business communicator with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and has a BSc in Physics (Hons) from the University of the West Indies, an LLM in International Affairs and International Relations from the University of Kent, and an MBA in Environmental Management from the University of Twente in The Netherlands.
