Schorno has been President of the Rocky Prairie Corp.

Mr. Schorno has been active in the Thurston County Economic Development Council and the Association of Washington Business.

Mr. Schorno was President of Schorno Agri-Business from 1975 to 2003, a livestock export company he founded.
Mr. Schorno pioneered the shipment of livestock by full charter aircraft.
Schorno Agri-Business remains one of the nation’s leading exporters of live animals and embryos, shipping to more than 15 countries.
He serves as President of the Rocky Prairie Corp., a commercial real estate company, and Schorno Auction Co., a livestock sales firm; he has held these positions since 2005.
Mr. Schorno is currently a trustee of Washington State University and was named Yelm Citizen of the year for 2002 and 2004.
Mr. Schorno served as Chairman of the Board of Prairie Security Bank, which we acquired in 1997.
Mr. Schorno has been active in the Thurston County Economic Development Council, the Association of Washington Business and was a recipient of the Washington State Governor’s Export Award.
