Kutxabank Gestión SGIIC SA is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Kutxabank SA in Spain. Headquartered in Bilbao, the firm was founded in 1988 and formerly known as BBK Gestion SA. They became Kutxabank Gestión SGIIC SA in 2012 when BBK Gestion absorbed Kutxagest SA and Vitalgestion SA. Kutxabank Gestión manages a range of fixed income, target return, guaranteed, international equity and global funds. Their open-end collective investment schemes are marketed by Kutxabank and CajaSur Bank.

BBVA Asset Management SA SGIIC (BBVA-AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (BME: BBVA, ADR: BBVA) in Spain. Founded in 1979 as BBV Gestinova, the firm became BBVA Gestión in 2000 when BBV Gestinova and Argentaria Gestión merged and was rebranded as BBVA-AM in 2008. They are headquartered in Madrid and manage pension plans and participate in the Latin American markets of Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. BBVA-AM also manages a range of investment mandates for insurance companies, employment plans and corporate clients through their platform in Luxembourg.
