The portfolio managers determine base line value for companies in their investable universe by assessing discretionary cash flow, earnings power, asset value and private market/LBO value. Ideas are also generated by continually identifying catalysts that may affect a company's fundamental outlook and can include economic, regulatory and secular trends in the marketplace. The portfolio managers evaluate aspects of a company's current and prospective financial condition. The analysis is conducted by developing detailed earnings models, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow and cross referencing the proprietary model to market expectations | Fondateur | - |
