Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Ravitz was a managing director at Morgan Stanley in the equity research department covering chemicals from 1992 to 2004; a chemicals analyst at Salomon Brothers from 1981 to 1992; and an analyst at Duff & Phelps from 1972 to 1981.
Mr. Ravitz earned a BA, MA, and MBA from Michigan State University.
He has also achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation.
