In April 2015, they became a subsidiary of Focus Canada Holdings LLC, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Focus Operating LLC, and their advisory business was rebranded as Dorchester Wealth Management Co. Their ultimate parent is Focus Financial Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOCS) in the US. Dorchester provides investment counsel to clients across North America and overseas.

Heward Investment Management, Inc. (Heward) is an investment management firm headquartered in Montréal, Canada. Formerly known as C.F.G. Heward Investment Management Ltd., the firm was founded by Chilion Heward in 1981 and changed their name to Heward Investment Management, Inc. in 2013. They were acquired in 2023 by Amphora Financial Group in Barbados.
