Profil
As the Finance Director, Magda is primarily focused on the overall financial, legal and compliance matters of EnerCap and its M&A activities.
Most recently she has been leading exits from the existing portfolio of the EnerCap Power Funds.
Magda is responsible for the Funds’ financial management, corporate and legal matters of the Funds’ portfolio and holding companies, their administrators, tax structuring and reporting.
She also provides asset management service for selected projects (both owned by EnerCap and third parties) and is responsible for their debt financing, supplier sourcing and contracting (operations and maintenance contracts, advisory agreements), negotiation of energy sales (power purchase agreements) and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Following her studies at University of Economics in Prague, Magda spent 4 years at Ernst & Young, advising large international clients.
Magda has a Master’s degree in Corporate Economics and Management and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
