Previously, she was a Managing Director of Chancellor LGT, overseeing that firm’s Large Cap Equity Growth Team.
Prior to that, she was a Senior Portfolio Manager for IDS Advisory Group, Inc., where she began her career in financial services as a Securities Analyst in 1980.
Ms. Schultheis earned an MBA in Finance from University of Minnesota and a BA in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
She is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, awarded by the Association for Investment Management & Research.
