In terms of education, Mr. Stefan obtained his undergraduate degree from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies in 1999.
He later earned an MBA from Robert H.
Smith School of Business in 2004.
Additionally, he completed a graduate program at the National School of Political Science & Public Administration in 2001.
