Mr. Guidinger joined Cargill in 1991 in the Strategy and Business Development group, and was Cargill's Global Acquisitions Manager before transferring to CVI in 1996.
Mr. Guidinger was a senior investment manager of Cargill's North American Real Estate business before transferring to Tokyo, Japan in 2000 to manage Corporate Credit activities in Japan.
He returned to the United States in 2002.
Mr. Guidinger was previously with Minstar, Inc. as manager of financial reporting, and with KPMG where he worked as a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Guidinger received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College and his B.A.
in Business Administration summa cum laude from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
