Mr. Caverly is a Principal of O'Connor and head of the Los Angeles office.
He joined O'Connor from Tishman Speyer, where he was Head of European acquisitions.
Prior to, he was co-founder of Centric Telecom, a joint venture real estate technology company of Goldman Sachs and Providence Equity Partners.
Prior to joining Tishman, he served as a Vice President for Security Capital Group, overseeing platform investment in the U.S.
and Europe.
He also worked as a Vice President for Citigroups real estate office in Los Angeles.
Mr. Caverly is a graduate of Harvard College (A.B.) and Northwestern Universitys Kellogg Graduate School of Management (M.B.A.).
