Prior to joining Ikaria, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Business Officer, at VIASYS Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: VAS), where he was responsible for the company’s growth strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
Before VIASYS, he was a transaction leader on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and commercial transactions in health care at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, as well as a health care trial attorney at Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young.
He holds an AB in Political Science from Princeton University and a JD from Villanova University School of Law.
