Mr. Bellissimo joined Arbor Commercial Mortgage in June, 1998 as a Senior Underwriter.
Before joining Arbor Commercial Mortgage, he served as Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Division for The Dime Savings Bank of New York FSB and an Account Officer of the Real Estate Division for the Bank of Montreal.
Mr. Bellissimo was Chairman of the Planning Board for the City of Glen Cove from 1994 to 2002.
He has over 21 years of commercial real estate finance experience, with over 10 years specializing in Fannie Mae multifamily products.
Mr. Bellissimo received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Long Island University.
