He has wealth of experience in management information systems.
Prior to joining Rochdale, he spent several years developing management information systems for the U.S.
insurance industry.
His professional career began in his native Russia, where he worked for Russian aerospace and telecommunications firms in the creation of management information and mathematical simulation systems.
Mr. Balabanovsky received his B.S.
and M.S.
degree in applied mathematics with honors from the Samara State Aerospace University, Russia.
