Profil
Mr. Krakovsky joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in July 2006.
Prior to joining LLCP, he was at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin for five years where he was a Senior Vice President in the Financial Restructuring Group.
At Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Krakovsky advised creditors and debtors across a wide range of industries on a variety of in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions and distressed M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Krakovsky spent three years as a Mergers and Acquisitions investment banker at Lazard and Wasserstein Perella where he advised on a range of buy and sell-side assignments.
In addition, Mr. Krakovsky is a former intellectual property and corporate lawyer.
Mr. Krakovsky received a B.S.E.E.
(Electrical Engineering), cum laude, from the University of Michigan and earned a J.D.
from the Columbia University School of Law where he was a Stone Scholar.
