Mr. Lingvall joined Finacorp Securities in 2008.
He has extensive capital market experience in both credit and structure.
Most recently, he was involved in raising capital to support high yield lease transactions.
Prior to that, he led fixed income private placement trading at Morgan Joseph, Inc., focusing on distressed and crossover credits.
From 1999-2004, he was an institutional fixed income trader at RBC Dain Rauscher, where he was responsible for all aspects of private placement trading.
He also held similar positions at Libra Investments and Allison-Williams Company.
He began his career in 1988 at The Bank of New York, rotating through the workout, loan syndication and middle market lending divisions.
Mr. Lingvall received a BA in economics from Rutgers University in 1986, an MBA in finance/international business from New York University in 1988 and his CFA charter in 1997.
He has been an active member of the CFA Society of Minnesota's Board of Directors since 2006.
He holds FINRA security licenses Series 7 & 63.
