Mr. Huntley brings a wide range of experience in real estate finance and operations including Mergers & Acquisitions, CMBS underwriting, appraisal research, market studies, and property management operations.
Mr. Huntley has been involved in real estate since 1989.
He began his career in market research for commercial and residential property owners.
In the early 1990s he joined PM Realty Group in their office portfolio management operations.
He then joined E&Y Kenneth Leventhal (Ernst & Young) where he worked as a consulting manager involved in a variety of assignments including CMBS underwriting operations for such clients as FINOVA and Capital Corporation of America/Nomura.
Before joining Buchanan Street Partners, he was the Regional Director of Planning for Lennar (NYSE) where he undertook M&A, Planning, and other roles with the company.
