Mr. Michael A. Jancosek is a Founding Principal & Head of Distribution at Alternative Fund Advisors LLC.
Prior to co-founding Alternative Fund Advisors with Marco Hanig, he was a principal at William Blair & Company, where he was head of the William Blair Advisor Solutions Group.
In this role, he oversaw all sales and marketing functions related to the distribution of William Blair’s investment products to financial advisors and third-party platforms.
Before joining William Blair, he was a vice president at First Chicago Bank and Aon Corporation, where he was responsible for the development of mutual fund and insurance product sales platforms.
He launched his career as an investment officer with Robert W.
Baird and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.
He received a BS in political science and an MBA from Indiana University.
