Monirul Islam is a Research Analyst at BRAC-EPL Stock Brokerage Ltd. He joined the firm in October, 2009.
As an analyst, he covers banks, non-banking financial institutions and the insurance sector.
Prior to joining BRAC EPL, he was a Manager of Audit and Advisory services of KPMG-Bangladesh.
He has extensive experience in the banking sector through auditing and advisory engagements.
He completed his MBA and BBA degrees, both with a concentration in Accounting and Information Systems (AIS), from the University of Dhaka.
He holds the designation of Associates of Chartered Accountants (ACA).
He is a part time faculty member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
