Mooryati Soedibyo was the founder of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (founded in 1975) where she served as the President Director from 1978 to 2011.
She is also the founder of the Indonesian Spa Association (founded in 1999) and the Puteri Indonesia Foundation (founded in 1992), where she holds the positions of Chairman.
Currently, Dr. Soedibyo holds multiple positions.
She is the Chairman of CIDESCO Section Indonesia since 2000.
She is also the President Director of PT Mustika Ratu Centre, PT Mustika Ratubuana International, Taman Sari Royal Heritage SpA, and PT Mustika Ratu Investama.
In the past, Dr. Soedibyo served as the President Director of PT Mustika Princess Hotel.
Dr. Soedibyo obtained a doctorate degree from the University of Indonesia in 2007 and a graduate degree from Universitas Sebelas Maret in 2003.
