Mr. Ning Guang Liang is Executive Chairman of the Board of GZI REIT Asset Management Limited, the Manager of GZI Real Estate Investment Trust, and as one of the Manager's Responsible Officers.
He is also the Vice Chairman of Yue Xiu Enterprises (Holdings) Limited ("Yue Xiu"), an Executive Director of GZI Transport Limited (a company listed on the Stock Exchange) and a director of Yue Xiu Securities Co. Ltd. He was formerly an Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of YXP which is a company listed on the Stock Exchange.
Prior to joining Yue Xiu in 1989, He was a Deputy Commissioner of the Guangzhou Municipal Taxation Bureau.
He graduated from the Television University (Guangzhou) in the PRC with a major in finance and holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the Murdoch University of Australia.
He is a Senior Accountant and a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Responsible Officer licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance of Hong Kong.
