Mr. Noriyuki Kawana is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at BFC Asset Management Co. Ltd. Mr. Kawana has approximately forty years of experience in the pension fund sales and investment business.
He spent thirty years at Mitsui Trust Bank and over eight at Barclays Global Investors(BGI), Tokyo, Japan.
Prior to establishing BFC, he was Managing Director, Deputy Chairman at Barclays Global Investors Japan Trust & Banking and took responsibility for business development and select senior client relationships while enhancing and assisting the efforts of the sales group to further grow the business.
He also worked for an investment advisory and management company Barclays Global Investors Japan where he was responsible for the entire sales activities as Managing Director, Head of Sales.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from Keio University.
