Mr. Owain B. Griffiths, CFA, is a Partner & Head of Capital Solutions at Sona Asset Management (UK) LLP.
He has over 24 years of credit market experience, joining Sona in September 2016, when it began investing.
Prior to joining Sona, Mr. Griffiths was at Highbridge Capital.
He joined Highbridge from Tricadia Capital in 2014, having worked there since 2009 as a PM specialising in European high yield credit.
He moved to Tricadia from SAC, which he joined after moving to the buy side in 2007.
His career began in 2001 in Deutsche Bank’s credit risk management department before moving into a credit research role.
He holds a BSc in Economics from University College London and is a CFA Charterholder.
