He managed more than 300 due diligence engagements involving middle market transactions.
From 1977 to 1987, he held various positions with Ernst & Young's emerging businesses group and audit department.
Mr. Mayfield received an M.B.A from the University of Chicago and holds a B.A.
degree from Cornell University.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
