From June 1985 to June 1990, he was an investment analyst, leasing agent and an investment property specialist with CB Commercial, a real estate brokerage firm.
From June 1990 to January 1993, he was an investment property specialist for American Heritage Corporation, a real estate investment firm.
Mr. Ahern graduated from Indiana University in 1982 with a Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Mr. Ahern is a member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
