Mr. Jonsson joined Modern Holdings in 2001 after having spent almost 2 years as CFO and CEO of Modern Holdings portfolio company, Netcom Consultants AB.
Before joining Netcom Consultants Mr. Jonsson held a variety of executive positions including that of CEO for an IT-consultancy firm.
He also spent several years as controller inside Sweden's largest payment bank and was a Project Manager responsible for the start-up of new companies in Eastern Europe.
Mr. Jonsson spent six years as auditor with Ernst & Young and the Swedish Tax Authority.
Mr. Jonsson has a Bachelor of Finance Administration from the University of Stockholm.
