Mr. Peter Tánczos is a Partner at Euroventures Capital Kft.
Euroventures Capital Kft is the exclusive adviser to ABN AMRO Bank's private equity programme, the Euroventures Danube BV and the Euroventures Hungary III funds in Hungary and the neighbouring countries.
Peter Tánczos has been in the Hungarian venture capital industry for eleven years.
First he assisted the establishment, monitoring and successful exiting of the Euroventures Hungary venture capital fund's portfolio as an adviser to Antra Kft throughout the fund's successful wounding up in 2000.
He then participated in ABN AMRO Bank's EUR 40 million private equity investment programme as director of ABN AMRO Capital (Hungary) Kft.
Since 2001 he is adviser and Investment Committee member of the EUR 15 million Euroventures Danube SME venture capital fund and the Euroventures Hungary III private equity fund that was launched in 2004 with EUR 31 million at its first closing.
Over this eleven year period Peter Tanczos played an important role in the Euronet, HGCC, Hilltop, Svábtej, Philos, Enigma, Lasram and Ap Aqua investments.
He currently serves on the boards of Intercom Rt, Lasram Rt and AP Aqua Rt.
Peter Tanczos graduated at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences, earned a second degree in Economic Law at ELTE, and has an MBA from INSEAD, France.
