Thai Asset Management Corp. (TAMC) is an asset management firm located in Bangkok, Thailand. They are a government agency wholly-owned by the Financial Institutions Development Fund which is part of the Government of Thailand. TAMC's objective is to manage impaired assets of financial institutions and asset management firms. They deal with debt restructuring and reorganization of businesses with the purpose to revive Thai economy and aim for national stability.

Sukhumvit Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SAM) is the asset management subsidiary of Financial Institutions Development Fund, which is a subsidiary of government-owned Bank of Thailand. Headquartered in Bangkok, SAM was founded in 2000 and offers portfolio management and advisory services to individuals, institutions, trusts, private funds, charitable organizations, and investment companies.
