Rhian Wilkinson

Founded in 2015, the Canadian Women's Soccer Alumni & Player Association is a nonprofit organization established by former Canadian international women’s soccer players. The private company is based in Vancouver, Canada. The association unites past, present, and future Canadian women’s national team players to preserve the sport’s history, build a lasting legacy, and inspire future generations. Its activities include role modeling, mentorship, advocacy, and collaboration to enrich the culture of women’s soccer. The organization aims to inspire youth, support player transitions after their soccer careers, promote the sport, and preserve its history. It also supports the Canadian women’s national soccer team in addressing systemic issues within Canadian soccer, such as insufficient funding, equal pay, financial transparency, and protection against abuse, advocating for accountability, systemic change, and safe environments through proper policies, education, and third-party oversight.
