Schweitzer is a Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Aristotle Capital Management LLC.
He began in the investment industry in 1987 and is highly experienced in the areas of investment management, compliance and accounting.
He leads the corporate finance, operations, risk management and investment support efforts at Aristotle Capital.
He is a member of the California State University Northridge School of Business Advisory Board.
Mr. Schweitzer began his career with Price Waterhouse, then left public accounting and used his tax and accounting expertise to head Bank of America’s Mortgage and Asset Securities Services Group.
In 1992, he joined the Pilgrim Group and its successor firm, Astra Management Company, where he successfully managed the liquidation of large pools of complex mortgage-backed securities.
Mr. Schweitzer earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from California State University, Northridge, and his MBA from the University of Southern California.
He is a CFA charter holder and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
