Rita Yang joined GGV in 2019 and is responsible for GGV’s brand presence and portfolio services in Asia.
To support founders beyond GGV’s existing portfolio companies, she also produces GGV’s top-ranking podcast Evolving for the Next Billion, where global giants and local champions share their perspective on the future along with hard-earned lessons.
Prior to GGV, Rita worked at innovation consultancy IDEO where human-centered design is leveraged to create positive impact.
She launched her career with international organizations including World Economic Forum and UNDP, during which she produced and distributed insights from global leaders.
She holds a B.S.
in literature from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and an M.S.
in intercultural communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
