As a member of Platinum Equity’s M&A Operations team, Robbie Reynders is responsible for performing operational and commercial due diligence on potential acquisition targets and for developing post-acquisition transition and value creation plans.
Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2017, Mr. Reynders served as Managing Director, Operations at The Gores Group.
He also held positions with Avis Europe, Inchcape and Dubai Holding, and started his career at The Boston Consulting Group.
Mr. Reynders holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp (Belgium), and a M.Sc.
in Information Systems from The Leonard N.
