Shiller co-founded MacroMarkets LLC in 1999 and currently serves as Chief Economist.
He is a Co-Founder of Weiss, Inc. (now known as Fiserv CSW, Inc.), Professor of Economics for the Cowles Foundation for Research in Economics and the International Center for Finance at Yale University, a Member of the American Philosophical Society, a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, as well as Vice President of the American Economic Association.
He has been Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research since 1982.
