Manners is Founder & Managing Director at The Providence Group LLC.
In addition to forming the firm in 1995, Mr. Manners is the Managing Partner of Manners & Associates, P.C., a corporate law firm established in 1999, and is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church, International.
Mr. Manners lived in Paris, France for two years, where he attended the University of Paris IX, Dauphine, and worked in the International Capital Markets Division of Credit Lyonnais.
From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Manners worked with Structured Capital Group in New York City, where he was involved in risk syndication in the leveraged buyout industry.
In 1995, Mr. Manners founded Providence Group to provide mergers and acquisitions advisory services to corporate clients.
Mr. Manners graduated from New York Law School and Baruch College in 1994 with a joint Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
