Saba, CFA MBA, is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Horizon Investments LLC.

Before Pioneer he served as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst with Heartland Advisors.

Mr. Saba holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
