Mr. Flower graduated from Newcastle University in 1997 with 2:1 BSc (Honors) degree in Rural & Environmental Economics.
Professional qualifications include the SFA Registered Person’s Certificate (1998) and the Securities Institute Diploma (2000).
In 2001, he was made a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
