Dr. Thakur graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada with a B.Sc.
in Anatomy and M.D.
from the School of Medicine.
He completed fellowships in Internal Medicine, Nephrology (McGill), and Transplantation Medicine (Oregon Health Sciences University).
Dr. Thakur is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology in both Canada and the United States.
He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington, Seattle.
Dr. Thakur has been in active private clinical practice for the last five years.
