Profil
Mr. Sean Khua joined Vickers in 2022 and is based in Singapore.
He handles all legal aspects of Vickers’ investments and operations, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating fund, investment and operational documents.
Prior to joining Vickers, Sean was a corporate lawyer practising in Singapore with Drew & Napier LLC, a regional law firm, where he specialised in mergers & acquisitions and venture capital investments for more than 5 years.
Sean’s practice covered a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including acting for various venture capital and private equity funds in acquisitions and investments, as well as acting for target and investee companies in sales, fundraisings and restructurings.
Sean read law at the University of Nottingham and graduated with First Class Honours.
He also holds a diploma in Aerospace Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
Sean is fluent in English and can converse in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
