Ms. Sharon M.
Elliott is Counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP (Venture Capital).
As a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Labor & Employment Practices and the Trade Secret/Noncompete Specialty Practice, she focuses on complex commercial litigation and employment litigation and counseling, particularly in the areas of trade secrets and non-competition agreements.
Ms. Mollman Elliott has extensive experience in both invalidating and enforcing non-competition and confidentiality agreements, and in obtaining and defeating preliminary injunctions.
She uses her knowledge in invalidating non-competition and confidentiality agreements to draft restrictive covenants for all contexts.

She is a 1993 summa cum laude graduate of the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, where she was the senior managing editor of the Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif.
