From 1978-1989, Mr. Weinroth was a Managing Director at Drexel Burnham Lambert where he served on the Board of Directors, was Chairman of the Underwriting Committee, was a member of the Commitment Committee, was the head of International Investment Banking, was a Director and member of the Lambda Funds, and was Chairman and CEO of Drexel's commercial paper business.
Prior to that, Mr. Weinroth was at Penntech Papers, Loeb Rhoades, L.F.
Rothschild, Moody's.
