Dr. Stephen W.
Dolbear is Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Mariana Investment Partners LLP.
He joined the Investment Manager in 2014.
Previously, he was CEO of Parkstone Asset Management, consulting on asset allocation and derivative investment solutions.
Prior to this, he was a Senior Fund Manager at F&C Asset Management.
In that role, he assembled an area which gathered and managed €2billion funds under management in multi asset products.
At F&C, he became a Citywire AAA rated fund manager and a Eurohedge award winner.
He started his career as a risk management advisor at Swiss Bank Coporation where he had a key involvement in the product design, replication, pricing and sales of some of the earliest plain and exotic capital protected products delivered to leading European fund managers and distributors.
Dr. Dolbear holds a Ph.D & B.Sc in Computational Fluid Dynamics & Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University.
