Sundri has Bachelor's degrees in both English (Honors) and Education and is a post-graduate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan Institute of Technology.
Sundri joined in October 2012 as Director of Human Resources – Talent for Signal Hill Equity Partners and their portfolio of companies across Canada.
Sundri has over 12 years of experience in developing and integrating HR solutions, to fully leverage human capital and increase organizational effectiveness.
Sundri's career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition has spanned across local and international businesses.
Starting with Talent Acquisition initiatives for companies like Pepsi, Citi Bank, Phillips,IBM in Dubai, UAE, Sundri further progressed her HR career within the engineering ,manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries in Canada.
Most recently, Sundri worked for over five years with a global financial solutions provider, G4S Cash Solutions as National Human Resources and Recruitment Manager managing HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives across Canada.
Her functional area of expertise lies in the areas of Talent Acquisition/Talent Management, organizational development, succession planning and the development of Human Resources policies and procedures.
