Suzanne M.
Cerra is the founder of Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, P.C., a law firm established in 2006, where she holds the title of Co-Founding Partner.
She currently holds positions at the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey School Boards Association, Inc. as a Member-Executive Committee and Member-Editorial Board respectively, starting in 2003.

She completed her undergraduate degree at Bucknell University in 1990 and obtained her graduate degree from Boston College Law School.
