She has over 26 years' investment experience managing a wide variety of funds, including; pensions, life funds, endowments and unit trusts.
Ms. Solomon started her career in 1985 at County NatWest on an investment trainee programme.
She joined Baring Asset Management a year later where following positions in the Fixed Income division and Institutional Sales & Marketing, as a Senior Fund Manager and Director she ran institutional money for 16 years, covering both large and small cap equity mandates.
In addition, from 1998 to 2001 she also ran retail funds.
Ms. Solomon moved to Hermes Pensions Management where she launched the Hermes Smaller European Companies Fund in September 2002, which she managed until March 2004.
Latterly at Ennismore Fund Management and Asparta Capital, she specialised in long-short equity investment.
Ms. Solomon holds the IMC and has been a Member of UKSIP (The CFA Society of the UK) since 1998.
