Mr. Takuji Okubo is Chief Economist at Societe Generale Securities Japan Ltd. Before joining Société Générale Cross Asset Research, he was Senior Economist at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch covering the Japanese economy from 2007 to 2009.
He began his career in 1997 as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs before being named Associate Economist in 1999 and then Senior Economist and Vice President from 2000 to 2003.
Mr. Okubo graduated from the University of Pompeu Fabra and holds a MBA from INSEAD.
