Taylor Alvaro joined Parthenon Capital in 2022 as Director, Project Management and Merger Integration.
He is responsible for supporting portfolio companies in the execution of cross functional initiatives and the integration of transformative mergers and acquisitions, including corporate carveouts.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to Parthenon, Taylor worked in management consulting at Alix Partners, with a focus on complex carve-outs, mergers and the development and implementation of business initiatives for Fortune 100 Clients in North America and Internationally.
EDUCATION
Taylor earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Chinese from Northwestern University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
He also holds a Certificate in Financial Economics from Kellogg University.
