Mr. de Valence joined CB Richard Ellis Investors in 2000.
Previously, Mr. de Valence was head of strategy and investment for Gecina, the leading French publicly listed property company, with a portfolio valued at approximately $4 billion.
Prior to joining Gecina, he was operations manager at Archon Group overseeing the asset management of $600 million of commercial and residential real estate.
Prior to this position, he was a member of the Archon Group acquisition team and was involved in investments in excess of $1.5 billion.
Prior to joining Archon Group, he was Paribas Bank’s asset manager, responsible for a $110 million portfolio of development properties located throughout France.
Mr. de Valence holds an M.B.A.
from the HEC French School of Business and a Masters degree in Tax from the Paris University.
