Prior to assuming his role with Starboard Capital, Mr. Wyckoff was the Chief Executive Officer and sole stockholder of Artistic Direct, Inc., formerly the publicly traded consumer product business of Artistic Greetings, Inc. where Mr. He was Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and acting Chief Executive Officer.
He has since been a private investor and senior executive within industries such as aerospace, franchising and commercial real estate.
He began his career as a corporate transactional and securities attorney with Cahill Gordon & Reindel, a New York law firm.
Mr. Wyckoff graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University in 1991 and from Trinity College with a degree in Psychology in 1988.
