Thomas G.
Horton has served in the capacity of a Vice President and Interim Chief Operating Officer of the Company since September 2002, and was formally appointed to those positions at the end of March 2003.
He previously served as a consultant and Director of Special Projects for the Company from July 2002 to September 2002 after having held the same position with Tutor Time Learning Systems, Inc., from March 2002 until the Company's acquisition of Tutor Time in July 2002.
Mr. Horton was an engagement manager and later an associate principal with McKinsey & Company, a leading international management consulting firm, from September 1995 to December 2001 He holds a Master of Management from the J.L.
Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University (1995) and a BA from Dartmouth College (1985).
